Programme For 18 Months To 3 Years Old (Launched in June 2018)

Little Explorers Jingle Fittod is a “keep fit” programme with a combination of physical and intellectual developmental activities. This programme helps the little toddlers and young children to understand the importance of exercising.

It encourages little children to exercise in a fun-filled manner. It teaches children the proper ways of warming up before carrying out strenuous exercises and the correct methods of working out on their body muscles in order not to hurt them unnecessarily. The peak activities in LE Jingle Fittod are designed to provide fun to the young children and at the same time providing them the opportunity to interact and explore. These play activities allow the young ones to develop physically, intellectually, emotionally and socially.

LE Jingle Fittod activities teach the young children to perform basic movements with the different parts of their body. These activities will focus on effective development on their gross and fine motor skills. The music and creative movements in the activities allow the young children to be exposed to language and enable them to explore and be imaginative and creative.

In this programme, the young children will be taught the different ways of cooling down after performing the strenuous activities. This is important as the children need to return to their original energy level, getting their energy charged again before moving on to their next activity.

LE CRITICAL THINKING & PROCESS WRITING FOR 6-7 YEARS OLD (Launched in October 2018)

What is Critical Thinking?

Critical thinking is a process of actively and skillfully forming applying, analyzing, incorporating, and/or evaluating information gathered from, or generated by, observation, experience, reflection, reasoning, or communication, as a guide to belief and action.

Our children today need to learn to think critically as it may be one of the most important skills that they will need for the future. In today’s global and rapidly changing world, children need to be able to do much more than repeat a list of facts; they need to be critical thinkers who can make sense of information, analyze, compare, contrast, make inferences, and generate higher order thinking skills.

How Does Critical Thinking Skills Help Young Children?

-           Children will grow up to become great problem-solvers.

-           Encourage young children to explore, ask questions, think critically about their results and think about changes they could make or things they could do differently.

-           Help children to think more deeply and develop interests for learning.

-           Help children to evaluate new information and allow them to think about where the  information is coming from, how it relates to what they already know and why it is important or why it is not.

-           Encourage children to develop critical thinking in new and different ways.
